What Is Your Delivery Service & Time Frame?

Once the payment is confirmed, we will dispatch Item(s) Within 1-2 days through Sendle Delivery Service. The estimated delivery time frame is 1-4 working days in Australia   If you’d like to arrange pickup, please let us know. Use a valid physical address, not a mailbox number. Buyer holds his/her own responsibility if an invalid address is provided.

What Is Your Return & Refund Policy?

Our warranty terms for normal laptops and desktops are indicated on each system for sale, a gaming system carries 15 months RTB warranty, which means if the gaming system has an issue, the customer will bring or send it to our store at his/her own costs. We either fix it or swap with a similar system. No Refund is given due to a Change Of Mind.
